 E2E tmp/runtime isolation follow-up was reviewed, merged into the Orchestrator branch as `20184eeb`, and validated in the Orchestrator worktree. Panel E2E now uses clean per-scenario tmp workspace/data/runtime fixtures, preserves artifacts under `target/e2e-artifacts`, removes fixture temp roots after runs, and does not inherit host runtime/credential environment.
