Hare c6cb038683 refactor(api): rename workspace-api authority to server-api 
Absorb the Server HTTP DTO catalog and generators into server-api, remove the obsolete workspace-api package/path, preserve the separate runtime transport authority through explicit boundary DTO conversions, and rename the aggregate frontend projection as a bounded legacy artifact.
