The Worker-level `cwd: PathBuf` property and `worker.cwd()` accessor should be removed rather than kept as a legacy authority surface. Working directory exists only under `WorkerFilesystemAuthority::Local`; no-workdir uses `WorkerFilesystemAuthority::None`.
