guest境界は生成されたWIT bindingsに任せ、手書きpointer ABIとWASI依存を持たせない。呼出し間の永続状態やServiceを成功stubとして公開しない。
plugin.component.wasmはソースからbuildして配置する成果物であり、placeholderをpackageへ混入させない。PDKからのbuild成功と、Hostの認可・実行経路の完成は別の判断である。
