Resolve MR runtime-close-ack-before-release: keep sessions registered while a task-owned close is pending; all DELETE waiters share its result, successful teardown alone removes the entry, and provider errors permit retry. Cancelling HTTP waiters cannot cancel Local provider command teardown.
Add deterministic Local teardown/Runtime active-use tests plus authenticated Backend registry cancellation and same-session retry through actual materializer busy/removal. Focused dependent Server 26 pass, Runtime new 3 and existing close tests pass; root check, fmt, diff, names pass. Full Runtime attempt: 505 pass/63 restore-environment failures; corrected exact 63 pass separately, not a full-suite green claim. Validation logs: target/t805-validation. Base remains 0f82; no T795/T796 import.
Extract the unchanged canonical plan model for typed Runtime snapshots without a Server dependency cycle. Bind Tool consumer identities to persisted Session/call IDs, use the owner-issued context and current publication authorization, and register through FeatureInstallPlan with cooperative shutdown.
Validation so far: root cargo check --locked, portable model 6 tests/doctest, Worker actual Component adapter 7 focused tests, Server plan 9 tests via shared isolation. Full product launch owner/pin lifecycle and Remote/Embedded vertical integration remain a subsequent coherent change.
Bind remote and in-process delivery to authenticated Worker lineage, live installation permission and persisted exact pins. Verify canonical bytes and complete descriptors in a bounded Runtime-only atomic cache; cache hits reauthorize and process-crash staging never becomes visible.
Shares the exact PluginInstallation permission shape published for T-793; no HTTPS or launch/restore integration is included. Depends on the T-465 source ancestry and the shared Host execution identity helper.

Compose the published T-803 candidate 51f0c7e019 with T-766 without target adoption. Preserve operation-use versus directional control, notify-only replies, live revocation, and T-766 receipt/provenance boundaries.
Move shared control/lifecycle/observation/Ticket contracts into feature::contracts. Consumers and host bindings import the neutral owner; providers retain current authorization, explicit combined routing and persisted composition.
Document stable semantic IDs and exact compatibility epochs; connect consumer requirements to the existing planner without a new resolver. Exercise consumer installation/dispatch with contract-only test providers, atomic rejection paths, and parsed-source architecture guards including negative fixtures.
Validation: worker and worker-runtime normal tests and doctests passed; root cargo check, rustdoc with warnings denied, fmt, diff and state-contract names passed. Dependent Server authorization tests require separate stale native-v1 fixture updates captured next.
Merge reviewed source a35d9a3d45 into develop after Subject deletion. Preserve deletion fencing before Job authorization, retain both test modules, and regenerate combined API artifacts.
Integrate integration/worker-restore without reviving removed Worker socket/discovery paths. Keep restore candidate allocation and canonical effects deferred until activation, with registry reclamation and observer publication fences on the in-process controller.
Preserve develop BackendJob/provenance, immutable Journal body capture and erasure, and Workdir diagnostics. Adapt obsolete socket fault tests to in-process publication and registry drift boundaries.
Validation: root cargo check; ordinary worker, worker-runtime and standalone package tests; Server restore (43) and Journal (49) filters; mcp/server-api/runtime-api/session-store tests; optional Runtime feature check; OpenAPI and six generated TypeScript checks; Web restore unit tests (15); runner tests (21); fmt, naming and diff checks. Full workspace/Server suites, E2E, live/model and fixture generation not run.
Project alias, cwd, scope and command ceilings from actual sessions. Bind initial attachment cwd once in the shared broker/router while keeping root-relative delegation and detach generations. Preserve caller coordinates across reads, searches, checked checkout and commands; keep provider authorization and symlink boundaries.
Connect real SubWorkers, all filesystem Tools, scoped aliases, HTTP providers and limited Host grants in permanent regressions. Validated related normal suites (workdir http-client, tools, worker, worker-runtime, server-api typescript, fs-operation), workspace-server normal suite (1272 passed, 3 existing ignores), root check, product binary builds, rustdoc/doctests, generated contract checks, format and state-contract names. Test roots are checkout-local; Git parent discovery requires GIT_CEILING_DIRECTORIES at TMPDIR, confirmed against exact b860 baseline.
Expose an optional private same-uid Unix operator adapter and JSONL serve/attach CLI using the production Standalone Profile, store, restore lease and shutdown lifecycle. Remove direct Worker subprocess/discovery/readiness/controller sockets and parent socket callbacks; retain metadata-only peer registration and legacy safety readers.
Validated real Host/client input, events, provenance, disconnect, admitted shutdown and shared production restore/duplicate exclusion; normal standalone/worker/manifest/protocol/client/yoi/tui/server tests, root check, rustdoc, fmt and state-contract audit. Runtime lib: 476 passed, damaged_checkout_does_not_block_restore_but_is_rejected_when_used fails at missing_git diagnostic; unchanged restore logic, not relaxed or retried. Runtime bins/docs pass.
Keep bounded reasons and derived failure stages separate from public classification. Reject provider-authored raw error text on transport decoding. Preserve identity mismatch when cleanup fails and retain its handle for explicit close without opening again. Add signed Runtime HTTP, Registry/API logging, remote mismatch, authorization no-dispatch and deferred fault coverage. Focused tests and Workdir suite pass; full-source validation follows T773 audit contract merge.
Logical Workdir routing can use a Workspace session instead of the operation's raw Deferred handle, and reconstruction can fail before routing. Close the exact handles frozen in the accepted operation request after router cleanup and before releasing allocation ownership. Do not resolve aliases against a new execution or consult current Host grants for cleanup.
Reproduced on 61c20b099 with diagnostic-only test output: rollback emptied routers with provider opens 0, but raw read succeeded and opened the provider (1). Retain the SessionClosed and zero-open regression, add pre-router Metadata/Reconstruction/Binding recovery and operation-mismatch/same-alias isolation coverage. Focused Profile and deferred cases pass; full exact-source validation follows this commit before publication.
