Extracted TaskCreate/TaskUpdate/TaskGet/TaskList into a clean built-in internal feature module at pod::feature::builtin::task with task_tools_feature(task_store). The descriptor declares exactly the four Task tools and no requested host authorities; TaskStore sharing, Task tool metadata/behavior, system-reminder behavior, ToolRegistry installation, and PreToolCall policy remain unchanged. External review approved.
