Hare a35d9a3d45 fix: retain Host-bound Job input authority through every model supply ...

Bind immutable Job kind/id/input digest to retained input provenance. Recheck current Host authority after hooks and at each compactor request; restored or rewritten input cannot become a local grant or switch Job identities. Add actual Controller, lifecycle, correction and signed Host/model regressions for Journal and consolidation.
